Maniwaki
Die Schone Welt

Maniwaki is an alias of Dutch DJ/producer Christian Drost, the sound of which is deep, warm techno-infused house. The tone of Die Schone Welt in its Original mix is set from the get-go by the fragile analogue synth lead. Shuffling hats and a throbbing bassline create a persistent groove; which underpins urgent vocal cuts and warm layers of electronics. The Dub does all of the above, minus the vocal stabs. Simple, but effective.
